Bombardier in Derby are the last surviving train manufacturers in the UK, we take a tour around the plant to see how a modern passenger unit is manufactured and assembled.

German ICE High Speed train
We take a look at the new high speed link between Cologne and Frankfurt and the impressively high tech ICE3 fleet that run on it at over 200mph.

West Clare Railway, Ireland
The West Clare Railway in South West Ireland was made notorious when the Victorian singer and raconteur Percy French wrote a song about his disrupted journey on the line. We re-enact his famous trip.
